- Anything by Snatch, the late 70s band with Patti Palladin
- Any of the John and Yoko experimental albums (esp Life With the Lions)
- The first This Heat record (why is this so hard to find?)
- That Deutsche Grammophon 3 lp w/ Wired, New Phonic Art and Iskra 1903 (yeah, I know, good luck)
- My Dad's a Fuckin' Alcoholic by the Frantix
- The Naked Angels soundtrack and/or the Easy Chair demos by Jeff Simmons
So c'mon, do your part for the IRA.

Upping the first This Heat record right now. Any chance of getting a repost of that Lord Buckley album from a while back? Been dying to hear it.
And here it is, This Heat's first record:

I've got a bunch of Yoko Ono stuff. I'm not sure what I'd need to do to get it to you though.
Gimme a bit, I can post J & Y's "Life With The Lions" & "Two Virgins".
ratm
which Lord were it? aristocrat or the other one?
Both would be absolutely great, but Aristocrat if just one. Thanks.
Here ya go:

Thought I had a Patti Paladin solo something or other but can't find it at the moment.
Damn, the IRA readers are money! I'll be getting the Lord reups in a few days. I think I need to reburn the Aristocrat, so I'll toss you the udder one in the meantime. It'll blend in with the other uploads I've done so as not to stand out.
Yoko, Snatch, Heat, fuckin a good stuff.
Blast. I can't open the Snatch to enjoy the goodness inside. Some sort of error.

I just wanted to add the note that Patti doesn't actually sing on the first Flying Lizards LP, only the second, 'Fourth Wall'.
And... I hope to be uploading the album by Snatch very soon.

I noticed the same problem with the zipped archive. My usual extraction software kept getting errors.
I managed to extract the mp3s from their respective folders using 7-Zip.

Ai. Please try this one instead, for my own edification and future upload reference:

I suspect a filenames-beginning-with-a-dot-unaware unzip app choked on the files OS X sticks in directories for its own housekeeping purposes. This archive was created on the Linux box which does nothing of the sort. (No M$ here :)
Plenty of 70s and 80s material here, project underway to digitize entire roomful of vinyl anyway, so requests happily entertained.
Thanks
Jay

Jay -
Thanks for trying, but I still can't open. I've even tried using that 7 Zip program, but no luck.
Thanks for trying, though.
Sorry for the problems, guys, I have it fixed now - and tested by a real live Windows user :)
http://www.sendspace.com/file/m820v8
My problem was the nested directory structure I zipped into the archive. This one has a flat filespace and works perfectly according to my Windows guy. Please see above for which tracks belong with which single.
The "All I Want" version here is shorter and snappier, and "Carlotta" is most un-Snatch-like, quite AOR and a really nice counterpoint to the version on the uploaded Snatch album (tnx k.a.)
Jay
Man, your perseverence is to be commended, Jay. Thanks, again.
Here's a little more Snatch

Keep on with this wonderful blog!
I'm trying to find a solution for ripping my vinyl. If I succeed in a few weeks, months or years I could help with the "Free Improvisation"

Is there any chance somebody could repost the snatch album?
After searching for days I finally found it - page 9 of a Google search - and really fast download
Try this link and at last it will be yours.
